An intermediate class with advanced postures blended in. Minimal Instruction to the foundational poses, with more cues on advanced postures. Recommended that one has a consistent yoga practice.

1 hour workshop style class that will give you the space to experiment, discover, and explore different parts of your yoga practice. Theme & teachers will vary with each occurrence of this class 

HIP HOP SWEAT

A fun spin on our power flow class, with stretching & strengthening to both your mental and physical self, accompanied by Hip Hop music from all decades (**language disclaimer: some lyrics may include explicit words or content.) YIN

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. 

The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. 

WILD CARD

This suprise class will happen on any given friday evening. It will be a fun way to approach your practice, all while spending time with your community. The classes will range from; reggae flow, hip-hop flow, candle-light flow…and more 

CHILL

This suprise class will pop up on the schedule at any given week/month. It will allow you to mentally decompress and CHILL. The classes will range from; FREE meditation, sound baths, yin yoga, restorative…and more.
